  • Secured OB Service Funding: Designed impactful presentations that assisted in winning Ridgecrest Regional a multi-million dollar fund, enabling the hospital to reopen its OB service and support local families.
  • Continuing Medical Education (CME): Delivered a Continuing Medical Education (CME) session on the applications of AI in healthcare, empowering providers with insights into cutting-edge technology for improved patient care and decision-making.

  • Professional Videography: Elevated social media strategy with high-quality videography, boosting engagement and strengthening community ties.
  • Visual Design & Social Media Ads: Leveraged Adobe Suite to create compelling visual assets across campaigns and managed Meta ads to enhance reach and awareness.
  • Rebranding for Recruitment: Collaborated on a rebranding initiative to address the rural and often overlooked appeal of Ridgecrest, emphasizing the hospital’s location as “near the outdoors.” This approach successfully attracted talent who valued the unique lifestyle and resulted in higher retention.
  • Designed Interior Wayfinding: Designed, manufactured, and installed a comprehensive interior wayfinding system, improving navigation and accessibility for patients and visitors throughout the facility.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Multi-Departmental Marketing: Partnered with various hospital departments to design targeted marketing campaigns, aligning closely with the specific needs of each service line.

Challenges

  • Navigating HIPAA Compliance: In the healthcare sector, HIPAA restrictions limit direct data collection from online marketing. To measure campaign effectiveness, we implemented systems for department check-ins and human interaction, allowing us to capture essential insights.

Mentorship & Growth

Under the guidance of Ziad Jureidini, Director of Strategy, my professional approach underwent a significant evolution. Ziad sharpened my analytical skills and attention to detail and helped me separate personal interests from what’s best for the business. Most importantly, he taught me the value of being human and genuine, even in the most professional settings. Before this role, I viewed digital marketing as purely digital. Now, I understand the profound impact of human connection and empathy, both in internal processes and in our audience’s experience of our marketing efforts.
